Rogers Park Business Alliance is currently requesting proposals for a Vision Clark Street Master Plan.
RPBA invites interested consulting teams to submit proposals to assist RPBA with creating a strategy to think ‘big picture’ and elevate Clark Street into a more vibrant and sustainable commercial corridor by creating an actionable master plan.
