Birds, Bugs, Butterflies and Beauty
Participatory Budgeting Murals
1801 W. Morse Ave. (South Wall)
A garden scene filled with growing flowers and moving creatures brings life to the dark space under the Morse Avenue Metra station. As people walk past, their day will be brightened by colorful flowers and cheerful faces. Molly Z. makes giant works of art to create memorable experiences for others. In 2009, she illustrated the Polar Play Zone Exhibit at the Shedd Aquarium and has since been using her illustrations to turn lifeless places into artful spaces. She loves bright colors, intricate patterns, lines that flow and curve and any type of art that enhances daily experiences.
