The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a company to install holiday decorations on the Devon Avenue Special Service Area  #43. The goal of the decorations is to create a unique, colorful experience to attract visitors and customers. To accomplish this goal, the selected vendor will use light and non-light methods, including, but not limited to: use of a defined color palette, color changing, light projections, fabric and music (optional).

Proposals must be received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.
