The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a full-service event organizer company to produce, manage and operate Chalk the Block Festival on Howard Street in Rogers Park.
Proposals must be received via email or postmarked no later than Monday, November 5, 2018. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted. Preference will be given to Rogers Park Business Alliance members. Membership information is available here.
