For over 30 years, RPBA has been committed to empowering small businesses and fostering a strong, diverse, and economically vibrant Rogers Park. Through programs like the Business Accessibility Toolkit (BAT), we’ve provided no-cost, expert business services to entrepreneurs who need it most.

Our Theory of Change is simple: if small business owners have easy access to expert resources through a trusted community organization, their businesses will thrive. Since 2020, BAT has provided over 900 hours of no cost consulting to 50 local businesses, resulting in measurable growth in sales, customer acquisition, and financial security. Our professional consultants—experts in fields like accounting, marketing, website development, and more—work closely with business owners to develop a tailored Business Development Action Plan, ensuring they get the personalized support they need.
