This Request for Proposal (RFP) is currently seeking an experienced mural artist or artist team interested in creating an innovative and impactful public art mural on Clark Street in Rogers Park.
Artist(s) must live in Rogers Park and preference will be given to bicultural backgrounds. Proposals must be received via email or postmarked no later than Thursday, February 28, 2019. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.
