Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is seeking proposals from event organizers to produce and manage the annual Arts on Devon Festival.
Proposals must be received via email no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.
Proposals must be emailed to Cindy Plante by March 6, 2026.
